When I was a kid my Saturday Morning Ritual was watching cartoons, now my Saturday Morning Ritual is to take time for me. To reflect on the past week and set strategies for the week ahead.
“Two heads are better than one” That is why we join together as a supportive community to support our intentional growth.

Brain Body Connection -
Movement is considered the human being’s first language. Movements strengthen the neural pathways between the brain and body. Learning, thought, creativity, and intelligence are not processes of the brain alone but the whole body.

Pitfalls - Let's let go of the pitfalls
we can learn from them but we don't want to hold onto them
Journal Exercise -
What habits do I have that might have contributed?
The Topic of The Week- Breaking Bad Habits
I am guessing that by now you have heard of the Habit Loop James Clear talks about it in Atomic Habits BJ Fogg talks about it in Tiny Habits.
Cue - Routine - Reward
So for instance its 9 am and you turn on youtube and watch this live stream.
Cue: Time
Routine: Livestream
Reward: Your favorite part of attending
Ok, you want to break a bad habit. Now if you have been around for a minutes you know I like to think small. The first question I will ask is what habit do you want to break?
Is it small? Can you be more specific?
Next up the Cue
Remove, Avoid or ignore
When you can’t change the Cue
Change your ability
Time Required
Money Spent
Physical Effort
Mental Effort
you can’t because something is happening that is more important - this is really hard
Change your motivation to participate in the habit
I do this by reducing stress, having great alternatives, etc.
other options
swap the habit
swap in a limited amount
work on identity and beliefs
We Are Not Failing We Are Planning
What's the Plan for the week?
Any Challenges?
Any Outings?
Weather things?
