How did you spend your time this week?

Brain Body Connection -

The Topic of The Week- Moving Too Fast

This is great for a long time goal but if you are trying to do all those things and feeling tired and overwhelmed, how long can you keep that up? Most things that we have learned to do require a progression.  We did not just wake up decide and like magic could speak another language fluently it took time and practice.  Maybe our end goal is to be able to do 75 hard first let’s take a look at our life right now what does a typical day look like?

Until we know how we spend our time and what we eat we don’t know the best way to adjust.

Look at this example

What small changes could this person make?

After they get good at that they can then level up

Water - what is a progression

Sleep - What is a progression

Exercise - What is a progression

Food - what is a progression

Get good - small changes over time - not all at once or all or nothing

We Are Not Failing We Are Planning
