How that helps us guide our choices and decisions. Perhaps a habit that you need to track is self-care, actually not self-care like bubble baths and listening to music or spa days and shopping sprees. Oh, I love those things! But what is more important is self-love. Loving yourself. Today I am going to give you some journaling prompts and a exercises to help you love yourself even more! But first!

Just a few moments of getting curious thinking about the problems and setting solutions can help us navigate in a way that is aligned with our goals.
In the book Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends On It - Author Kamal Ravikant states that first, it starts with a choice, to forgive ourselves.
Once we forgive and make space for love and we start to feel happy, content, and safe, We can flood our thought with Oceans of Love creating a new mental loop.
Self-forgiveness leads to joy.
Let’s forgive. Write it all down - after you can burn it or whatever you need to do. Get it all out everything you hold against yourself. Grabs some tissues it might be hard.
You will be with you for the rest of your days and are the most important relationship you have. We need to commit to being kinder and more gentle with ourselves. Now lets make a vow. A Vow - how seriously do you take vows?
Say this out loud - “I forgive myself for my past mistakes. I vow to love myself unconditionally.
That is not enough. We are going to need practice. What we need is a ritual.
Make time every day as you brush your teeth. Or as you wash your hands before you get in the shower. It does not matter when but take time each and every day to show appreciation and gratitude for yourself,
Maybe you want to stand in the mirror and look yourself in the eyes and say I love myself. This reminds me of the High Five Habit from Mel Robbins. I did a video on it. Maybe if you are not ready to say I love myself you could just give yourself a hive five!
Love eliminates doubts and opens doors. When I feel good it shows in my actions and when I feel loved it makes me feel good,
By embracing self-love during the holiday season, you can navigate these common challenges with grace and joy. Remember, the holidays are not just about external celebrations but also about nurturing your inner well-being. Prioritize self-care, set boundaries, and be kind to yourself. Celebrate the holiday season in a way that aligns with your values and brings you genuine happiness and fulfillment.
