I thought it was a great time to do a Habit Tracker Challenge!
The goal for this challenge is to build on habits you already have. Choose a habit that you already have in the morning, around lunch time and then in the evening. Mark those in, these are going to give you some easy wins. Then choose a habit that you would like to have and you are currently not consistent with.
In the above example the items in blue text are things I already do. And the items in black text are items that I would like to add as habits directly after I do the items in blue.
