Deposit & Payment Information:

Deposits ($300 USD) are due as soon as possible with final amount due before August 12th, 2023.  Final amount due will be provided on or before August 1st, 2023.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation will result in a total loss of $300 USD deposit.  Any cancellation received between August 13th and August 31st will result in a total loss of $450 USD.  Any cancellation made between September 1st, 2023 and date of departure will result in a total loss of funds.   We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum of 6 participants (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full).  We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full).  Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans.  You can use Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
