Make yourself at home in this elegant Victorian charmer . This gorgeous family home has been renovated into a beautiful modern space that meet’s today standards.

Make your way up to the beautiful front porch and inside this grand mansion and be greeted with an ornate foyer that sets the tone for the rest of this classically styled St. Louis home.
The elegant living space is filled with a chesterfield style lounge opposite the original decorative fireplace and a large arched window flooding the space with light.
Eat together in the eclectic dining room at the table set for ten with chic mismatched chairs and a bench seat along with a serving buffet and a second decorative fireplace.
Enjoy the leafy backyard with a sitting area under the trees or make their way over to the picturesque Park just steps from the house where you can see a historic water tower and climb to the top for a great view of the city.

City Museum is filled with weirdly wonderful spaces to explore. With a rooftop and four floors full of installations, attractions, collections and more, there's almost too much to see and and do.

Flights:

Arrive into St. Louis Lambert International Airport on September 13th before 5pm if possible so we can pick you up and get you settled in before dinner.

Deposit & Payment Information:

Deposits ($300 USD) are due as soon as possible with final amount due before August 12th, 2023. Final amount due will be provided on or before August 1st, 2023.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation after deposit received will result in a total loss of $300 USD deposit. Any cancellation received between August 13th and August 31st will result in a total loss of $450 USD. Any cancellation made between September 1st, 2023 and date of departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum of 6 participants (if we do so your deposit is refunded in full). We reserve the right to determine if you are not a good fit for this trip (if we do so your deposit will be refunded in full). Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

Choose Your Room

We will be staying a shared home. We will be sharing 3 bathrooms. There are 2 room types either single or double occupancy. Cost is $1,963 - per person based on 6 people if we have 7-9 participants the cost will go down per person to as low as $1,700. Price is also dependent on single occupancy or double occupancy room. Three participants will get their own room and 6 participants will share a room. Final pricing information will be provided on August 1st, 2023.
